Every card here is built by blending a sold-by-salesperson report out of the DMS with
activity data out of VinSolutions. Neither report can tell you what the blended page tells you.
Switch between crawl, walk and run to see exactly what each extra report buys you, then
take the skill at the bottom and point it at your own store.
Two reports. A sold-by-salesperson report out of your DMS, and one User Activity pull out of VinSolutions. That is the whole lift, and it is an afternoon.

Take it with you.
Each tier is a skill: a folder of instructions you hand to your AI so it builds these cards
from your store’s numbers. They are free, they are yours, and you do not need us to
run them. Every zip has a plain-language HOW-TO-INSTALL.txt in it.
1Install the skill, or just paste
its SKILL.md into a new chat. Either works.
2It asks your store name and
checks that you are on VinSolutions. If you are not, it stops and tells you why
rather than building something that looks right and is wrong.
3It asks for a sold-by-salesperson
report out of your DMS, then either walks you through the VinSolutions pulls or drives
the browser and does them for you. It asks which you would rather.
4Out comes one card per
salesperson, plus a log showing every number it used and where it came from. Start with
crawl. Walk and run are the same skill with one more report each.
